Die operative Behandlung des Nierenkarzinoms

Zusammenfassung

Die radikale Nephrektomie umfaßt grundsätzlich die Entfernung der Gerota-Faszie, der darin enthaltenen Niere mitsamt der perirenalen Fettkapsel und der regionalen Lymphknoten. Die ebenfalls innerhalb der Gerota-Faszie gelegene Nebenniere wird bei Tumoren im oberen Polbereich bei totalem Nierenbefall nach dem etwas variierenden Verständnis der Definition und organüberschreitendem Wachstum mitexstirpiert.
