Zusammenfassung
Die Organisation des Aktienhandels ist derzeit großen Veränderungen unterworfen. Der nationale und internationale Wettbewerb der Finanzplätze zwingt die Börsen dazu, ihre Handelssysteme den Wünschen der Investoren anzupassen. Neben den Fragen nach der Organisation des Handels und nach der „richtigen“ Anzahl von Borsen in einem Land steht dabei insbesondere die Frage der Computerisierung des Handels im Vordergrund. Die Pläne der Deutschen Börse AG sehen die Übertragung des gesamten Aktienhandels auf eine vollelektronische Plattform vor. Für den traditionellen Parketthandel ist in dieser Konzeption kein Raum mehr.
