Abstract
The report is devoted to Beletsky’s problem of obtaining slightest sufficient conditions for stability of “cylindrical” precessions of dynamically symmetrical satellite. Investigation was carried out dependending on values of motion parameter α and inertia momenta A,B,C(A = B) with respect to principal central axes of a satellite.
