Inactivation Kinetics of Fungal Conidiospores

Abstract

Fungal conidiospores can be inactivated by high hydrostatic pressure. The pressure resistance depends on the species. Simple first order inactivation is only found at low temperatures. At high temperatures the inactivation is not complete, a pressure stable fraction remains.
