Polypropylene Mesh Repair of Incisional Hernia: Marlex and Prolene Mesh

Abstract

The technique of polypropylene mesh repair of incisional hernia is applicable to the large, diffuse incisional hernia when there is a tissue defect demonstrated preoperatively.
