Zusammenfassung

Ökonomische Prozesse sind in einem Ausmaß bestimmend für unser Fühlen, Denken und Handeln, daß es uns gewöhnlich schwer fällt, sie überhaupt von anderen Beweggründen unseres Dasein abzugrenzen. Daher übersehen wir sie auch gern. Vielen von uns liegt es einfach näher, sich mit Problemen auseinander zu setzen, mit denen uns unsere Arbeit vordergründig konfrontiert: Beziehungs-konflikte in Paarbeziehungen und Klein- und Großgruppen, die wir mit unseren Methoden lösbar werden lassen. Politik und Ökonomie haben bei unserer Arbeit aus dem Spiel zu bleiben. Wir konzentrieren uns vorrangig auf den Mikrokosmos des Individuums und wir erleben diese Beschränkung als weise und nützlich. Neutralität, wozu auch die politische und ökonomische zählt, gehört zu den Grundvoraussetzungen unserer Arbeit.
