Zusammenfassung

Morbus Crohn und Colitis ulcerosa sind chronisch-entzündliche, rezidivierende Darmerkrankungen, deren Ätiologie bislang nicht ausreichend geklärt ist. Insbesondere sind jene Faktoren unbekannt, die eine chronische Immunreaktion initiieren und perpetuieren.
