Zusammenfassung

Bereits vor Jahren hat man mit der Therapie genetischer Krankheiten begonnen. Die Therapie war zunächst nur symptomatisch, wie z. B. die Gabe von Erythrozytenkonzentraten bei Hämoglobinopathien oder die Faktor-VIII-Substitution bei Hämophilie.
