Zusammenfassung
The enormous changes starting with the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 leading to the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991 indicated an end to the great experiment made by mankind starting in the 19th Century and implemented on over 1/3 of the globe area since 1917. The experiment continues in China and some other countries, but the meaning of the experiment has changed significantly over the years.
