Zusammenfassung

Seit der Einführung der endoskopischen Papillotomie im Jahre 1974 durch Classen und Demling [4] sowie Kawai [16] sind neben der Steinextraktion aus dem Gallengang mehrere therapeutische Eingriffe auf diesem Gebiet entwickelt worden. Einige von ihnen haben bereits die entsprechenden klassischen chirurgischen Verfahren ersetzt, andere stellen dagegen Alternativen bzw.
