Zusammenfassung

Acne cosmetica ist eine weitere Variante der Acne venenata. Die meisten Betroffenen sind Frauen, die mit Begeisterung Kosmetika über Jahre oder Jahrzehnte anwenden. Wir benutzen den Begriff Kosmetika im weitesten Sinne für alle zur Reinigung und Pflege der Haut eingesetzten Präparate. Eine typische Anamnese enthält den Hinweis auf die Verwendung von Feuchtigkeitscremes, Basiscremes, Gesichtswassern, Abdeckcremes, Schälmitteln, Antifaltencremes, Sonnencremes, Rouge usw. Je länger die Liste ausfällt, desto größer ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit von Problemen. Sogar Haarpflegepräparate wie Konditioner und Shampoos sind anzuschuldigen, wenn die Hautveränderungen an die Kopfhaut angrenzen.
