Zusammenfassung

Diese Arbeit wurde auf Anregung und unter der Leitung von Henri Dejour am Centre Hôpital, Lyon-Sud, durchgeführt. Es ist sicherlich nicht möglich, in diesem Kapitel sämtliche Prinzipien, die unserem Management der patellaren Instabilität zu Grunde liegen, im Detail zu erläutern. Wir werden daher eine kurze Übersicht geben und uns dann auf die trochleare Dysplasie konzentrieren.
