Zusammenfassung

Die Arthroskopie des Ellenbogengelenkes gehört zu den selteneren arthroskopischen Eingriffen an großen Gelenken. Die Schwierigkeit der Ellenbogenarthroskopie resultiert aus den komplexen anatomischen Strukturen des Gelenkes, insbesondere der engen anatomischen Nachbarschaft zu neurovaskulären Strukturen, sowie aus dem geringen Kapselvolumen und dem begrenzten Indikationsspektrum.
