Abstract

Horst Todt was born on the 14th of March 1930 in Frankfurt am Main. He went to school at Aschaffenburg and afterwards was an apprentice clerk there. Prom 1951 to 1955 Horst Todt studied economics at the University of Frankfurt. Subsequently, for about a year, he was a British Council Scholar at the University of Birmingham.
