Zusammenfassung

Von zentraler Bedeutung bei der Behandlung des atopischen Ekzems ist die adjuvante Basistherapie, zu der überwiegend wirkstofffreie, topisch zur Anwendung gelangende Basistherapeutika sowie medizinische Badeöle gehören (Abeck und Strom, 2000; Schnopp et al., 2000; Ganir et al., 1996; Schöpf et al., 1995).
