Zusammenfassung

Die vita von Männern mit angeborenen Hypospadien ist häufig geprägt durch zahlreiche stationäre Krankenhausaufenthalte aufgrund erforderlicher operativer Korrekturen von Engenbildungen und Fisteln nach stattgehabten chirurgischen Interventionen. Langstreckige Stenosen und ausgeprägte Fistelbildungen wird man in Kenntnis des aktuellen wissenschaftlichen Standards grundsätzlich zweizeitig operieren, da gut vaskularisierte Haut des Penisschaftes meistens nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht. Was soll man aber tun, wenn sich im Bereich einer „alten Anastomose“ eine zwar kurzstreckige, aber urodynamisch wirksame Striktur zeigt? Man kann der Versuchung erliegen, hier einen relativ kleinen Eingriff unter Nutzung eines „buccal mucosa“-grafts zu wagen. Das Ergebnis eines solchen Versuches wird hier dargestellt.
