Zusammenfassung

Die transperitoneale Vaginosakropexie ist ein bekanntes Verfahren zur Behandlung eines Vaginalprolapses. Zur Fixation der Scheide am Bandapparat des Promontoriums oder Os sacrum werden wahlweise synthetische Materialien wie Goretex®, Marlex®, Prolene® oder Eigengewebe wie z.B. Faszien verwendet [3, 6–8].
