Zusammenfassung
Informations-und Koordinationsplattformen werden in Unternehmen als technische Wissensmanagement-Systeme eingeführt, durch die Wissensarbeit unterstützt werden soll. Wissensarbeit kennzeichnet die Anwendung und Weiterentwicklung des Wissens Einzelner und erfordert„dass das relevante Wissen(1) kontinuierlich revidiert(2) permanent als verbesserungsfähig angesehen(3)prinzipiell nicht als Wahrheit sondern als Ressource betrachtet wird und(4) untrennbar mit Nichtwissen gekoppelt istso dass mit Wissensarbeit spezifische Risiken verbunden sind“ (Willke 2001, 21). Die Einführung technischer Wissensmanagement-Systeme kann unseres Erachtens als ein Teil des Wissensmanagements gesehen werden, da die Hauptaufgabe des Wissensmanagements das Sicherstellen der Wissensarbeit durch geeignete organisatorische und technische Maßnahmen ist. Wissensmanagement besteht also nicht in der Ausführung von Wissensarbeit, sondern in deren Gestaltung und Unterstützung.
