Zusammenfassung

Den perkutanen, antegraden Zugangsweg in den Ureter bewerkstelligt man am besten über den posterioren Kelch der mittleren Kelchgruppe, da hier ein wesentlich günstigerer Eintrittswinkel in den Ureterabgang besteht. Ansonsten wird der perkutane Zugang in gleicher Weise etabliert, wie in Kapitel 6, S. 106 ff. Perkutane Litholapaxie (Step-by-step), beschrieben. In Abhängigkeit vom Lumen des Ureters (Dilatation) und des zu verwendenden flexiblen Endoskopes kann die Weite des AmplatzSchaftes gewählt werden. In Zweifelsfällen sollte eher eine Weite gewählt werden, die auch ein starres Endoskop passieren lässt.
