Zusammenfassung

Das akute myokardiale Pumpversagen stellt im Gefolge eines Myokardinfarkts und nach herzchirurgischen Eingriffen eine ernste Bedrohung dar. Die Auswurfleistung des linken Ventrikels ist wegen des Pumpversagens kritisch vermindert, sodass mit hypoxischen Organschäden infolge einer Kreislaufinsuffizienz zu rechnen ist.
