Die langwierigen Arbeiten mit der Untersuchung von histologischen Schnitten zur Evaluation von osteochondralen Defekten im Kaninchen nach erfolgter Transplantation von bioartifiziellem Knorpel (siehe Kap. 2.4) bildeten die Grundlage des vorliegenden Kapitels.
