Abstract

Especially important Meetings take place in especially beautiful locations. These places often lie very far from home. The physician dedicated to continuing education must therefore undertake very long trips. Because the IRS now performs exceedingly detailed analyses of such activities, most Meetings provide programs that fill the entire day. These schedules can, however, turn out to be very flexible. The remark that the sun has come out during a Meeting held in a winter sports resort covered with new snow can rapidly change the agenda.
