Zusammenfassung
Die Kreuzbandplastik mit einem Teil der Patellarsehne ist das derzeit am weitesten verbreitete Verfahren zum Ersatz des vorderen Kreuzbandes. Es wird daher auch oftmals als Referenzmethode oder „goldener Standard“ bezeichnet. Die Vorteile des Verfahrens liegen in der hohen Primärstabilität des Transplantats sowie in der sicheren und zuverlässigen Fixation über Kno-chen-Knochen-Kontakt und Schrauben. Dem steht der Nachteil einer vergleichsweise hohen Spendermorbidität entgegen, da das Transplantat aus einer wichtigen Struktur des Streckapparats entnommen wird.
