Zusammenfassung

Hier wird festgelegt, daß die Hohe Behörde zur Erleichterung der Liquidation von nach Artikel 60 verbotenen Organisationen Liquidatoren ernennen kann. Außerdem soll sie Vorgehensweisen erarbeiten, um auftretenden Problemen, z.B. bei Nachfragerlickgang, besser begegnen zu können.
