Abstract
The skin and the subcutaneous connective and supportive tissues on the medial side of the adult female thigh are especially soft. In addition, depending on predisposition, there are fat accumulations of varying sizes and experienced as disturbing to varying degrees. The combination of these factors can lead to the so- called “stage curtain phenomenon”, dermatochalasis of the inner aspects of the thighs.
