Abstract
The term ‘management’ has many definitions. In the clinical sense, management of a disease or a patient is thought of as the whole system of care and treatment. In the business world, management is usually defined as the executive function of planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, controlling and supervising a business. This implies a judicious use of means to accomplish an end, directed by art or craft (Webster‘s Third New International Dictionary 1986).
