Abstract
To achieve the goal of people-centered sustainable development, policies and programs should ensure secure livelihoods, adequate social measures including safety nets, strengthened support systems for families, and equal access to and control over financial and economic resources. Therefore, all economic policies, institutions, and resource allocation should adopt a gender perspective to ensure that development and dividends are shared equally.
