Abstract

This 31-year-old woman suffered from pain and swelling in the distal femur and knee joint. No evidence of fever and no trauma were recorded in the history of the patient. On physical examination no limitation of hip and knee movement was observed. No abnormal neurological findings were present. Standard blood tests were negative
