Zusammenfassung
In der Indikationsgruppe Gynäkologika stehen Mittel zur Behandlung von gynäkologischen Infektionen und klimakterischen Beschwerden im Vordergrund. Die größte Gruppe bilden die gynäkologischen Sexualhormonpräparate zur topischen Applikation (Abbildung 26.1). Die systemisch applizierbaren Sexualhormonpräparate werden im Kapitel 45 besprochen. Ein weiterer hoher Anteil der Verordnungen entfällt auf die pflanzlichen Gynäkologika, darunter auch homöopathische Zubereitungen. Kleinere Indikationsgruppen bilden die Antiinfektiva und die Gruppe der Ovulationsauslöser, Uterusmittel und Prolaktinhemmer. Die Verordnungen von Gynäkologika waren im Jahr 2000 erneut rückläufig (Tabelle 26.1). Auch die Zahl der Gynäkologika unter den 2500 verordnungshäufigsten Arzneimitteln ist auf 48 Präparate (Vorjahr 53) zurückgegangen.
