Zusammenfassung
Der Handgelenkskomplex besteht aus 2 funktionellen Einheiten, welche sich gegenseitig beeinflussen. Das distale Radioulnargelenk zum einen besitzt einen Freiheitsgrad und ist für die Pro-/Supinationsbewegungen des Unterarmes um die Längsachse verantwortlich. Der radiokarpale Gelenkkomplex zum andern besteht aus dem Radiokarpal- und dem Mediokarpalgelenk und besitzt Freiheitsgrade für die Flexion und Extension sowie für die Ab- und Adduktion. Normalerweise beträgt die Radialabduktion 25°, davon entfallen 15° auf das Radiokarpal- und 10° auf das Mediokarpalgelenk. Die 45°-Ulnaradduktion umfassen 20° im Radiokarpalgelenk und 25° im Mediokarpalgelenk. Die Flexion beträgt etwa 85°, davon 50° im Radiokarpalgelenk und 35° im Mediokarpalgelenk. Von den 85° Extension entfallen 35° auf das Radiokarpal- und 50° auf das Mediokarpalgelenk.
