Zusammenfassung

Die Inzidenz der schwergradigen Präkanzerosen der Cervix uteri hat den Gipfel im 30. Lebensjahr und fällt danach kontinuierlich ab, wobei zunächst eine 10fach erhöhte Inzidenz verglichen mit dem invasiven Karzinom besteht, was sich gegen das 55. Lebensjahr ausgleicht. In späteren Lebensphasen nimmt dann die Inzidenz der schwergradigen Präkanzerosen gegenüber dem invasiven Karzinom deutlich ab (s. Abb. 35.1).
