Gefäßverletzungen bei stumpfem Trauma des Kniegelenks bergenim Gegensatz zu offenen oder penetrierenden Verletzungen — die Gefahr, dass sie zunächst unerkannt bleiben oder unterschätzt werden. Es ist hervorzuheben, dass unter dem Begriff „Gefäßverletzung“ im vorliegenden Zusammenhang ein arterielles Trauma und nicht eine Verletzung von Begleitvenen verstanden wird.
