Chirurgische Behandlungsmöglichkeiten bei Läsionen des N. peronaeus und N. tibialis

Zusammenfassung

Läsionen des N. tibialis und peronaeus im Kniebereich sind gemessen am Gesamtvorkommen peripherer Nervenläsionen in unserem mitteleuropäischen, friedlichen Kulturkreis selten. Sie gliedern sich in absteigender Häufigkeit in
  • traumatische Nervenläsionen:
    • geschlossene Traktionsverletzungen bei Knie-(Sub-)Luxationen/schweren Kniebinnenverletzungen,

    • offene Verletzungen durch Stich, Schnitt, extrem selten Schuss;

  • iatrogene Nervenverletzungen durch
    • Lagerung/äußere Kompression [12, 13],

    • Tibiakopfosteotomien [7, 8],

    • operative Eingriffe in der Poplitea (Varizenoperation, Baker-Zystenentfernungen etc.) [12];

  • Tumoren: Ganglien, Schwannome, Neurofibrome, Popliteaaneurysmen.
