Abstract
Let M be an arbitrary finite or countable set of points (a grid). Suppose that to each point m ∈ M there corresponds a finite set of points N m , m ∈ M, (the stencil of the difference scheme). Let \( \phi \left( {m,U_{N_m } } \right) = \phi \left( {m,U_n } \right),n \in N_m , \), be a given function defined for each m ∈ M.
