Zusammenfassung

Pruritus ani ist in der großen Mehrzahl der Fälle keine Krankheit sui generis, sondern ein polyätiologisches Symptom einer (oder mehrerer) lokalen, regionalen oder systemischen Erkrankung. Es handelt sich um einen perianalen Juckreiz bis hinauf zur Linea dentata, der mit verschiedenen proktologischen Krankheitsbildern assoziiert sein kann. Dabei ist eine Vielzahl von auslösenden Faktoren beteiligt (Tabelle 49.1).
