Abstract
The potential living liver donor is different from other patients: If accepted for donation, he or she is a healthy young adult and parent. In contrast to the normal situation, imaging is not performed in potentially ill patients. At the time of first entering the radiological department, a large number of blood tests and clinical examinations of the designated donor will have proven normal.
