Zusammenfassung

Primäres Therapieziel bei malignen Tumoren des Dünndarmes ist die vollständige Tumorentfernung einschl. des regionalen Lymphabflussgebietes (R0-Resektion). Bei Tumoren des Duodenums bedeutet dies die partielle Duodenopankreatektomie, bei Tumoren des übrigen Dünndarmes die Dünndarmsegmentresektion, wobei sich die Lymphknotendissektion an der entsprechenden Gefäßversorgung orientiert, und bei Tumoren des terminalen Ileums die Hemikolektomie rechts.
