Zusammenfassung
Eine progrediente Intimahyperplasie, bedingt durch eine persistierende Sekretion von extrazellulärer Matrix (ECM) führt häufig zum Verschluss der implantierten Gefäßprothese. Ausgehend von der Annahme, dass Bestandteile der ECM, einschließlich des Fibronektins selbst die Sekretion der ECM unterhalten, war unser Ziel, die Expression von Fibronektin nach Implantation von Dacron-Prothesen im Tiermodell darzustellen.
