Zusammenfassung

Bei der 1829 von Cruveilhier [5] wohl erstmals beschriebenen Melanosis coli (Synonym: Pseudomelanosis coli) handelt es sich um eine in der proktologisehen Sprechstunde häufig zu beobachtende [16] braunschwarze, inhomogene Pigmentierung der Schleimhaut.
