Zusammenfassung
CBASP ist eine Methode der Verhaltenstherapie, die spezifisch für die Behandlung von erwachsenen Patienten mit einer chronischen depressiven Störung entwickelt wurde. CBASP integriert ein breites Spektrum von theoretischen Grundlagen: 1) Seligmanns Theorie der erlernten Hilflosigkeit, 2) Banduras Theorie sozialen Lernens, 3) Piagets Theorie der kognitiv-emotionalen Entwicklung, 4) Pawlows Theorie des respondenten Lernens, 5) Skinners Theorie des operanten Lernens, 6) Kieslers interpersonelle Psychologie. CBASP basiert auf einem Fertigkeitendefizitmodell. Es geht davon aus, dass Patienten mit chronischer Depression unzureichende Fertigkeiten in der Ausrichtung ihres Verhaltens auf erwünschte Konsequenzen haben. Um diese Fertigkeit zu trainieren, wurde in CBASP eine spezielle Methode der Verhaltensanalyse, die sog. Situationsanalyse, entwickelt. Weitere CBASP-spezifische Therapietechniken sind die interpersonelle Diskriminationsanalyse und die Consequation-Strategien.
