Zusammenfassung
Crowdsourcing (CS) blickt auf eine kurze aber überaus erfolgreiche Geschichte zurück. In weniger als zehn Jahren hat sich diese Methode, begleitet von spektakulären Erfolgs- und aber auch Misserfolgsgeschichten und unter hochemotionalen Diskussionen zu einem Trend entwickelt, der in den nächsten Jahren und Jahrzehnten unsere Wirtschaft, Arbeits- und Lebenswelt und damit Gesellschaft verändern wird, wie nur wenige Schlüsseltechnologien zuvor.
