Abstract

This paper researched and developed a servo motor controller with a set of nonlinear fuzzy control strategy for pressure and flow, for the AC servo motor in electro-hydraulic hybrid injection molding machine, in order to improve the efficiency of the electro-hydraulic hybrid type injection molding machine and reduce its power consumption. The experiment showed that this servo motor controller can realize the output flow adapt to the demand of the load automatically. Compared with the traditional injection molding machine, this injection molding has obvious energy saving effect, it can enhance the response speed and repeat precision, realize precision injection molding.
