Abstract
For the problem of integrating massive distributed information about dangerous chemicals and the blank in Chinese semantic knowledge base, this paper proposed a method of constructing CLOD (Chinese Linked Open Data) on that field based on Semantic MediaWiki, making use of the Chinese and English Wikipedia version where each page corresponds to an instance in DBpedia. To make information semantic and machine-readable, we extract instances and metadata from Baidu Baike, add annotations, link to LOD and publish them on the web. So they can be shared and interconnected with other domains. According to experiment, the method proposed in the paper gains benefits of answering rich queries.
