Zusammenfassung

Der Begriff des „neurologisch instabilen Patienten“ beinhaltet nicht nur den Patienten mit einer akuten zerebralen Ischaemie i. S. eines akuten schweren und/oder progredienten Schlaganfalls oder in kurzer Folge wiederkehrender transitorisch-ischaemischer Attacken (crescendo-TIA), sondern auch den Patienten, der sich in der Frühphase nach einem ischämischen Apoplex befindet und möglicherweise einem hohen Re-Apoplexrisiko ausgesetzt ist.
