Zusammenfassung

Der 60jährige Patient berichtete über belastungsabhängige thorakale Beschwerden auf mittlerem bis hohem Belastungsniveau. Als atherogener Risikofaktor war Nikotinkonsum bekannt. Aufgrund einer peripheren arteriellen Verschlußkrankheit konnte keine aussagekräftige Ergometrie durchgeführt werden, so daß eine pharmakologische Streßechokardiographie indiziert war.
