Zusammenfassung
Beim A U T handelt es sich um ein Verfahren, bei dem das Restblut von (Krankenhaus-) Patienten auf HIV getestet wird, wobei das Verfahren sicherstellt, daß die Testergebnisse nicht mit personenbezogenen Daten zusammengeführt werden können. Ziel des Verfahrens ist die Verlaufsbeobachtung der HIV-Epidemie in definierten Beobachtungskollektiven und auf unterschiedlicher regionaler Ebene, um die Entwicklung und Dynamik der HIV-Epidemie besser einschätzen zu können.
