Abstract
A new device for the Fourier transform spectroscopy is introduced. Instead of the laterally moved plane mirror two rotating retroreflectors are used to generate the optical path difference. The new interferometer is especially suitable for the mobile operation as it is shown by some applications in the fields of environmental monitoring and remote sensing.
