Abstract
Hadju-Cheney syndrome is a rare and autosomal dominant disorder with clinical manifestation in the second decade of life. Progressive clubbing of the fingers and toes and resorption of the terminal phalanges are associated with a number of abnormalities in other parts of the skeleton. In some cases, the middle and proximal phalanges and even the distal ends of the metacarpals and metatarsals may also be involved [1, 2].
