Zusammenfassung

Es ist unbestritten, daß das vordere Kreuzband (Lca) nicht nur ein primärer Stabilisator gegen eine anteriore tibiale Translation ist, sondern auch einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur normalen biomechanischen Funktion des Kniegelenkes leistet [7, 10]. Der Verlust des vorderen Kreuzbandes führt deshalb zu einer abnormalen Kniekinematik und sehr häufig zu frühzeitigen degenerativen Veränderungen des Kniegelenkes [8, 17].
