Zusammenfassung

Die photodynamische Tumortherapie wurde in den letzten Jahren zu einer effektiven Behandlungsform von malignen Tumoren weiterentwickelt und bei unterschiedlichen Malignomen mit ausgezeichneten Erfolgen eingesetzt (FEYH, 1989; SCHWEITZER, 1990). Üblicherweise verwendet man Hämatoporphyrinderivate als Photosensi-bilisator und führt eine nachfolgende Laserlichtbestrahlung mit einer Wellenlänge von 630 nm durch.
